i'll agree that there is a lull in OTHER blogs, but not mine. marky should purge his house, pitching the lovebirds and setting up a dictatorship style blog. you heard me, kick the lovebirds out. same goes for goran's blog too.
it's pizza pizza tonight, followed by the brown gold known as coffee. papers and tests require 3 computers in this house to be running simutaneously. Miles Davis' birth of the cool is helping me to cope with it all except the pizza part. i choose you pizza-chu!

MAD MAXX
let me repeat, this is not a warning

Sunday, April 27, 2003

should i have known this existed, i'd have changed my stance on slavery...

no! YOU are the one with issues!
despite having a shirt from the Hussein collection (fall '02), Mr. Freund took me out to dinner. the oldest son and mom was there too. when you move heavy equipment and couches, the perks add up. i told them about my "engagement"
friday night was: TWO (2) pizzas, Trading Spaces, and While You Were Out. Paige Davis owns my heart.

i also kick butt when i go from sleeping in the bed to taking a test in a little over 15 minutes. what you got to compete with that, boy?

how many times must we say scotty weinhardt, or shall we say, JON weinhardt is the enemy to man and animal. by the authorization of the government of the United Nations, the stand against the ENEMY starts now.
PS scotty come to fern st. for spring sing next weekend. it's your last chance.
let me also make note that thursday played host to MF pizza and an informal wedding engagement to Thereza Katanic. if you need leather pants cheap and quick, contact jeff, the dude that KEITH agreed to give a ride to. i can just feel where the cigarette lighter should be in my neck...

this just viewed: Fashion Police
submitted by: Kristin Izgherian hooray!

an atypical conversation at fern st. ...
J: i just read the best story of the semester!
K: really? what's it called?
J: "how to become a writer" by lorrie moore. she wrote it in the 2nd person.
K: there's no such thing as second person.
J: no. then what's between 1st and 3rd?
K: the pitcher's mound

last night was sweet. me and keith went to Baja Fresh for burritos. mmmmm, burritos. school sucks.

=====================================
since i have the rest of the day past noon off, i have decided to invest the effort into getting myself prepared and ahead of the game. let's start by studying all of the short stories for friday's exam. then we'll read the required The Odyssey, in my opinion, the BEST minivan behind the Winstar (sorry discontinued Villager). follow all of that up with serious research for IFRA "BIG" project. the band-aid on my hand protects me from worm germs.
in case you were wondering, i got a HIGH-5 from my fiction teacher. business students rule.

Tuesday, April 22, 2003

is this the bugger you encountered last thursday night, sir?

Monday, April 21, 2003

now if i had a kid following me around campus today i wouldn't bring them to the library computer section. the worst stuff i've seen on campus, i've seen there, which is here as i type.
too illustrate my point, this kid (shall i say child) just watched a slide show of dead iraqis (to remember our troops and the evilness of Saddam Hussein) via an email FWD. they're right beside me, BELIEVE IT.

i guess drama-rama exists for boys too... apparently Bojan just "got up" and moved this past saturday due to the "drama" of Akron life. i bet you he went wee, wee, wee all the way home, leaving Justin high & dry in that overpriced apartment.
the more i think and try not to think about it, these public computers have to be the dirtiest of all things. HOW many fingers have been on this keyboard?
PS. i turned 23 (micheal jordan) on saturday. be nice to me because i am old

"Sammy, we'd only break your heart."
Last night's Lucero concert was pretty cool although i liked the opening bands, Rosavelt and The WhiskeyHounds, better than the headliners themselves. David Korresh; Boz's cousin, James; and Mickey Dolantz of The Monkees fame was there!
i am currently ducking all scholastic responsibilities by watching the original "Ocean's Eleven" and i also wish that becky and scotty could've visited Fern St. for an hour.

East met West today when Plamen met Marianne and Sylvia. I do hope it cools off fast. No real reason to write today.

Tuesday, April 15, 2003

80F today! look for capri pants to be out in full force.
I am just hoping this apartment doesnt get too too hott. If it does, the Naked Act goes into immediate effect. naked.

note to kristin: click "publish" on your blog so the world can read it.

with good weekends come the urgency to start summer vacation early. i helped my cause this monday morning by staying in bed until 10am, missing all morning classes*, and instead staying home drinking coffee, eating bagels.
i cannot stop having dreams every night. last night's included Mini-Me and myself chasing each other around some big highschool and me getting attacked by him.

* - my excuse was the "the old man is snoring" clause. in an attempt to check the clock with the blankets over my head, i lost my bearings and rammed my head into the wall instead. don't wake up, jason

what is with me and staying up until 2am?

ana and i spent the day doing cool birthday related going-ons. at the same time, i double the amount of money in my wallet, and quadrupled the number of John Cusack movies* in my dvd collection. yes, it was my birthday (observed) today. let it be known, today was totally awesome. ate good, looked at dags (yeh, i like dogs), laughed at people's haircuts, bought cds. that leads me up to NOW in which ive just returned home from visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Georg Pheiffer and Ms. Ana herself at the baymont inn. gangs of new york is the longest movie in cinematic history. georg summed it up when at 115am he said, "we should've watched just married." PS you can watch theatre movies from your hotel room. how hot is that?

* - say anything, serendipity, better off dead, and high fidelity compliments of ana

advice: do not stay up until 2am watching Taxi Driver alone in your apartment.
the reason i stayed up that late was an attempt to outlast the noisy neighbors below, all 6,7,8 of them. well it didn't work. i crashed out and they were still downstairs smoking Newports or whatever 2nd rate cigarettes they buy and stink up the building. where has the pot scent gone? i enjoyed that more personally, especially in the bathroom.
Sammy was over last night trying to fix the noisy neighbors furnace. do we need heat mid-way through the month of april? after we sat around the kitchen talking about life, i didnt feel comfortable telling him that we're moving out in three weeks.
International Financial Reporting Analysis is the most amusing class this semester. Boys pouting, girls crying, and now my buddy Plamen playing a tipsy cupid... yeh, last night's class he made an attempt to play "Mr. Matchmaker" with a girl named Athena and a boy named Jason. oh how embarassed was i.
today i moved a good portion of my belongings back to the MFD bassment in anticipation of mass exodus from Fern St. Ana comes to town tomorrow and how exciting is THAT?
this has been the longest post of the year.

am i Ellen or not?

i put the words FERN ST. 2003 on a piece of paper, taped to the WALL* and the wall knocked it to the floor. the almighty WALL has decided that Dorothy(*) is better.
so, are we moving out end of april? it really looks and sounds like it...

if you are wondering: the WALL did like Blue Crush surprisingly enough.

* - denotes the apartment wall of 740 Fern St. Should the wall not like something that is taped to it, the wall throws it on the floor as is the case with Kevin Kline's Emperor's Club and the rap duo, Hard Knocks.

(*) - denotes the new dwelling for the remainder of Keith's college career.

OneRunningGringo: i want a blogspot
Teds Dancin: www.blogger.com
Teds Dancin: sign up for an account
OneRunningGringo: i tryed but it wont make a cool page like yours

yes, this blog has a fan! it's tuesday night and i find myself home and alone. it broke my heart to see the neighbor girl sweeping up our filthy stairway ~ bad sammy is being lazy sammy. the conclusion has been reached that i don't like the neighbors below: loud, smokey, and annoying (i guess that's the conclusion adjective). if SARS breaks out here, the orgin is the first floor of Fern St.
how many times must a SMOKE DETECTOR go off in one week? note: sarcasm alert!

PS. i think i saw the 2nd coolest thing in 17 years of school: a chick crying because of a test (keep in mind we're all over the age of 20 here)
PSS. Plamen is now a proud daddy and the boy's middle name is ALEXANDER just like ME. i so roc

as far as April 7th's in my life go, this one might have been the worst. rainy and cold, a test, and hunger.
i did salvage my day with salsa mac and quesadillas, and seeing one the girls from my top ten cuties in the cba. no i am not "girl crazy" either.
The Sims are getting hott as well.

as cool as it is to have funny and NOT funny inside jokes/stories/secrets within blogs, i'd like to know what exactly is going on with GORAN, viewing hours, and California. thankyou becky for making it all clear as mud and making me worry. i dont know what to be thinking right now...

70-80% of my weekend has consisted of either English, German, or Spanish club soccer matches. i think this is the biggest mistake my family has made with DirectTV. i've relapsed into soccer fever (not related to SARS) rendering my attempt of gaining a grasp on the aspects of international law useless.

Saturday, April 05, 2003

the Beastie Boys video anthology might be one of the hottest DVDs out there...
follow up: the cute girl (not julia stiles, the other one) in the borne identity looks very similar to the über-cute girl i wrote about earlier this week. a little FYI.

ditto to keith: that 330 am "neighborhood awake!" call pissed me waaaay off.

tut, tut, it looks like rain
i couldnt stay awake for the life of me last night and it was even tougher waking up this morning. TGIF.
i realize that i've been relying heavily upon my Visa though i wouldnt mind seeing cash & coin extinct. moving home starts this weekend - the winter clothes. i don't know what it about me or fern st but i am looking forward to moving home. oh yes, it's the fact of paying overpriced (and oversexed) rent and NASA-like figures for natural gas.
somebody is going to get a phone call tonight and it might be pretty.

Thursday, April 03, 2003

It's even nicer today than it was yesterday. I intentionally missed this morning's class to read ion by Euripedes.

Here's what i need to do to graduate this fall:
International Management
World Civilization - Japan*
* - Look, it's not that i wanted to take the "japan" class but i HAVE to. bright side of all this is that both classes are only on MONDAY.

!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!
my heart has just skipped a beat... the über-cute girl in my class just sat down beside me... and just left. i'm telling you, she's a short-haired cutey but not a minature dachshund

jungle weather: niiiiice (thumbs up)
~telling Sammy yesterday that there was a gas leak at Fern St. was great. he still isn't getting rent from me nor from keith.

~these pirate pants of mine mean business and business is GOOD.

~going to Applebee's to study for a test is awesome especially when you get HALF OFF "half-off" appetizers. it's all in who you know and i know karen. eat your heart (and lobster bib) out, Goran (RIP)

Tuesday, April 01, 2003

if HOTMAIL wants to be a nutsack today, do it on your own time NOT mine.

if Sammy thinks we're paying rent today, he's got another thing comin'! Only a fool would pay him what we are paying now. I have not noticed any April Fool's pranks yet today. if i know Keith, he might have something cooking under his sleeve... i am walking on eggshells from here on out.
the "food strike" is going pretty good. i havent had a meal since 9am yesterday and i dont want to eat a thing until tomorrow. the reason: i am sick and not hungry.
if you don't know how valuable Ana is, let me tell you she is priceless ~ a good listener and confidant.
AND the grapefruit attack on The Enemy saturday night was a preemptive strike.
