"Stinking up the Great Outdoors"

From the sound of it, I haven't missed jack squat since my departure from Ohio. In a way that's a good thing. I could go on typing for miles about my past 8 days and every little minute detail pertaining to the people in the program. I won't because I need to go to the bathroom - FAST.

oh-k,
There are roughly 50 people volunteering their sweet time this summer and only 2 people come from AMERICA. well, that is if you count Los Angeles as being part of AMERICA. I have just enough cultural trouble with California people as I do with the French (but I am le tired) and Japanese (Pokemon).
My NEW best friends are:

Mikkel from Denmark - I worked with him last week at the Grand Canyon and he's taken Keith's place for the next coming weeks. Sorry Keith, it's not you, it's the distance.

Martin from Austria - I get a kick out of his English and love teaching him Ohio-talk

Mikiko from Japan (duh) - she had me at hello, ha.

Kristina from Sweden - probably a better English speaker than myself, gave me cocaine/laundry powder

Miriam from Germany - very fun person with the best European laugh (minus Hitler's if you ever heard his)

Mikio from Japan - this little dude can't speak the best of English but he's got Dragonball Z hair and likes skateboarding.

Josh from England - dude hasn't shaved in six weeks (beard is comparable to mine after 2-3 weeks) and didn't take a shower the entire time we were at Grand Canyon. how can you not love that?

Yesterday a group of us drove to Penix, home of the Farenheit holocaust (104 degrees) to drop some kids of at the airport and then went to some thrift store, electronics store (got a new cd/mp3 player), and hit up the IHOP.

Today is looking like swimming, laundry, Internet, drinking a 32oz. Mississippi Mud (dark + light beer in a brown jug. the jug has an aligator on it, how can we not drink this?). Yes, being around so many europeans has raised my Alcohol Tolerance Points up +2 and my Hit Points +1. Just good times and even after one week, I highly recommend this program.
So of you should get some letters eventually at hit me up with some MUSIC.
